Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally.
- Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Cancellation of a program or service by HEALvestr.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after appointment.
- Failure to attend live session.
- Personal dissatisfaction not related to a failure of service delivery.
- Investment performance or financial outcomes.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Healvestr reserves the right to review and determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
